My sincerest apologies to Cavs and Wizards fans for not representing you earlier on opening night. Here are Tyrone Hill and Juwan Howard, which will hopefully make it up to you. The Howard one is kind of fitting, because he won with the Heat last year. Tyrone Hill would’ve won one with the Heat if they’d signed him instead of Eddy Curry.
The only three players still in the NBA from the 1994 Draft. (Link is to the Wikipedia article, which is quite a trip down memory lane.)
My new jersey pick-up, Juwan Howard, ‘94 Washington Bullets.

The last time the C’s met the Wiz on the second night of a back-to-back, they sleepwalked through the first 42 minutes, then tried to turn it on and mount a comeback in the last 6, only to have John Wall hit a greasy-as-hell three-point bankshot to put the game away, followed by him dancing around flossing that fugazi jewelry like it was the genuine article.
On the other hand, the C’s have two things in their favor tonight: one, they didn’t really expend any energy last night against the Bulls, and two, the Wiz don’t play well on the road. Maybe Rondo will take last night against Rose personally and bring it against Wall, or maybe the C’s will do what they’ve done the last three years at this time of the season, mail it in and get ready for the playoffs.
It’s all about the Griffin and the tearin’.
“It’s been well documented that [DeMarcus] is not always happy when his teammates don’t get him the ball” - Craig Sager
The best was the look on DeMarcus Cousins’s face as he said that.
